Hours of pre interview testing / assessments little one on one interviewing blanket interviews for large groups actual interview day consisted of general information about epic followed by talking to someone in the role and case studies with way too little of information to try to draw reasonable conclusions from and ended with talking to HR rep
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
