I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in May 2015
Interview
Applied online and was contacted almost immediately to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and consisted mostly of a current employee in the same position further describing the position and culture at Epic. A day later I was instructed to take a personality test and skills assessment test. I was told a week later that they were going to move forward with other candidates :(
Consisted of a full day of interviews and additional sessions to learn more about the company. Overall enjoyable and informative day that gave me a good look of the company and what my role would be.
