I applied through university. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied online and got an email the next day to schedule a phone interview.
Phone interview was very simple and with someone who is doing the job you're interviewing for.
Next, online test with four sections as everyone has said.
Two weeks later got invited to interview in WI. On-site interview is a lot of fun. If you make it this far, they are really looking to see if you would like working at Epic and if you would be a good fit.
Still waiting to hear back.
Everyone was very responsive and friendly.

Interview
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
