I was contacted on Handshake by a recruiter asking me to apply. Got a phone interview after applying and completed an online proctored test. Flew out for an on-site visit that included an interview with HR, an interview where they posed several hypothetical on-job situations and you would have to say what you would do in those scenarios, and a coding test where you write algorithms in any programming language of your choice (or pseudocode, but without an IDE) to solve problems that you might see in a programming class (I'm an engineering major and found the test to be hard, especially without an IDE). Also met with several employees including one of the Job Title I was applying for, toured the site, met other applicants for various positions. I was offered the group dinner with an employee and other applicants but couldn't make it. I got a quick response every step of the process (within 24 hours each time).
