After applying, was contacted for phone interview, which lasted about 20-30 minutes. Mostly confirmed information on application, asked a few basic questions about work experience. A week or so later received an email inviting me to Madison for on-site interview, all expenses paid. Met with current employee the night I arrived for dinner with a few other candidates (which were not necessarily applying for the same position). The actual interview day was pretty busy, meeting with a dozen or so people throughout the course of the day for interviews, case studies, etc. with lunch in the middle.
