First, online application. Second, Phone interview , why epic, why programming, the interviewer will introduce you to the role. Third, Skill assessment, a lot of logical questions and GRE English test. One of them is to learn a language and answer questions

Interview
First was a brief phone interview, then an online assessment, then they flew me out to Madison, WI for an interview. The assessment was very intrusive. They have you use an online proctoring system that forces you to allow the third party company employees to take remote control of your system.

After messaging you online to get you to apply and interview, there is a 30 minute interview, which is a phone conversation. After this interview, you have to take online assessments, which include a coding assessment and other logical tests. If these tests go well, you move onto further interviews
