Met with rep at a career fair, filled out an application there. Received an email the next day to sign up for a phone interview and to complete a skills assessment. The skills assessment was longer than I had anticipated, but basic logic knowledge that you must complete in a short time limit. The phone interview was very low key. The interview is with a person in the position you applied for, so it's mostly a Q&A about the job. Waiting to hear about an in-person interview.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
