A joke and a waste of time. Most of the questions weren't about my skills, but about what I think this role should be.
At the end when I asked the interviewer what he's looking for in a candidate he goes "I don't really know what I'm looking for, I just posted this job to see who would apply and what my options are". So glad I spent multiple hours prepping for a garbage interview

Interview
Had to travel to Nottingham for a face to face interview. Competency / Behavioral questions. Interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Nottingham City Centre wasn't brilliant, had to pay for parking in a local multi-story.
