Envision's "Customer Service Representatives" are actually door-to-door salespeople. They bait-and-switch you in the group "interview" and lie about how much money you'll make to justify the fact that the job is absolutely nothing like the description. Such a waste of time.

Interview
Phone interview with the Sales Manager (top producer), regarding the details of the job. Once you have an understanding of the job details you are invited to a training session. Training is non-paid, 4 days of listening to lead sales rep talk, describe the product and their experiences with customers.
