Fixed format. 3 staff interviewed me at same time. 10 questions and 3 technical scenarios in 1 hour. No back and forth discussion. Without responses from the interviewers it was very difficult to gauge my responses. All candidates were aske the exact same questions and technical scenarios. The interviewers just read the questions and wrote notes almost no eye contact.
