Environmental Intellect interview questions

Interview was conducted over the phone. The interview went smoothly and the interviewer was nice to talk to. Questions were mostly behavioral and it took around 45 minutes. However, they never got back to me about my offer even after contacting them several times.

Very simple interview in which I spoke with the Lead Software Engineer and later the CTO. I was brought on to work under the Lead Software Engineer, only to find out, during the interview that HE would quitting because of the bad atmosphere. Against my better judgement, I took a job with them (along with another developer who later quit) and found that the not only had the Lead Software Engineer quit, so had the CTO (also the Co-Founder).
