I applied through other source. I interviewed at Entrusted Contracting (Houston, TX)
Interview
Multiple interviews, including a phone screen, zoom call, ride a long, and leadership in person interviews. Really care about making sure the right people are hired. Make you feel very cared for during the process by the questions asked.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Entrusted Contracting (West Palm Beach, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
Probably the dumbest interview ive done. Was said to be an introductory 10-15 phone screen. Ended up being 30 minutes and was asked pointless questions like "whats your weaknesses" (hands down worst cliche interview question imaginable- why ask someone to speak negatively of themselves, and who would be fully honest?) Also "where do you imagine your career in 1 year.. Where do you imagine it in 3 years... Now what about 5 years?"- isn't that redundant/ 3 and 5 are roughly the same? Sounds like a setup to get the interviewee to stumble. Another thing I didn't like was the job description wasn't mentioned in posting, but they wanted to hear my asking price upon intro call. I probably asked for too much. No regrets. Next day I get the generic "we are not continuing with the interview process" email. Their loss. Don't expect to work here unless you lowball yourself and speak down on yourself
