      Corporate Recruiter Interview

      Interview

Would not recommend applying for a role with these guys. They will jerk you around and waste your time. You'll chat with some overly bubbly, insincere recruiter for 30 min, they'll butter you up, and make you feel like you are a great candidate. Then they'll send you some nonsensical test that takes 2 hours to complete, which the recruiter completely downplayed as this typical low pressure thing that all new hires had to complete. No big deal! I of course got rejected after the test, and they told me it was because of my "performance" on this assessment. What results exactly did they discern from such an awkward, outdated, poorly structured test that had little to do with the job they advertised? I have no idea, they gave me no feedback whatsoever. I pressed further and I was told that they went with other candidates that had more experience. Classic cop out. Of course, a couple months later they repost the same role that they supposedly "filled". It's times like these when so many people are really struggling mentally and financially from having to put up with so much of this BS, that you got companies like this who approach the candidate experience with such callousness and insincerity. Corporate America at it's finest.
