Dear Interviewee, We are sorry to hear that you had a less than desirable interview experience. We have employees who work in the suburbs, some of whom have well over an hour commute each way and live over 25 miles from the office. We hope to relocate our office in the future to better accommodate those in the suburbs, as we realize they are just as important of an asset to us as those who live within the city. Having a hybrid schedule is also an option to help alleviate the need to travel. While leaving in the city is ideal based off of our office location, it is not required.
