A visit to a local branch to meet the team and get a feel for the working environment. In the end there's a competency-based interview with the Branch and Area Manager. The questions mainly focus on sales and previous experience, if any and scenario based questions and why you would want to work for the company.

Fed lies, bunch of fluff and fake promises that’ll lead you on thinking it will happen but it won’t, don’t waste your time find a better job please your soul is begging you, they hate you and will fire you at any moment

You will need to know your numbers. Aside from that it was a pretty easy, generic assistant manager interview. Make sure to humble brag and you will be fine. Not hard at all.
