Super friendly staff. Behavioral questions were asked during the interview. For example tell me a time when you …… how did you respond?
In total there was 3 total interviews one over the phone, a second phone interview and a branch visit with the area manager.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer? What was the resolution ? Was the customer satisfied with the solution?
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
