Interview
The interview was an enjoyable process. The manager and region manager were relaxed and made you feel welcome. The interview was heavily based on related experience and connecting past experiences to customer service.

Interview
-Phone screen with HR.
-Face to face interview with HR at the corporate headquarters in Scarborough.
-Face to face interview with Branch Manager and Area manager at physical location.
-Face to face interview with Group Sales Manager at physical location.
Fairly straightforward process, however, it was a bit overkill for a job that pays only 47k. Job pays slightly above minimum wage and you are expected to work from 7:30am-7pm. Asides from the b2b and b2c aspect of the job they also expect you to clean vehicles....in a suit.
