Interview
The interview process is lengthy and formal. Usually 2-3 interviews. They ask a lot of questions and want examples demonstrating how you handle multiple situations. They will be looking for excellent communication, customer service and sales skills.

Give me an example of how you’ve handled a difficult customer in the past and how you resolved it.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
