I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Dec 2021
Interview
Started with a Teams meeting with a Talent Acquisition Agent. She asked me basic questions like strengths and weaknesses, it wasn't a very difficult conversation. She really emphasized the competitiveness of the company and asked several questions about how I perform under pressure and what motivates me. The second interview was supposed to be in person with an Area Manager, but he was sick so again it was on Teams. He asked me to describe a time when I went out of my way for a customer, how people describe me, etc. Basic questions. I believe he really just wanted to see if I could hold a conversation in confidence and be persuasive. The people who work here are mainly very friendly and outgoing, so it felt like a low-pressure conversation.
