I applied for the management trainee position last year around oct, november time. I received an email from them earlier this month, followed by a phone interview. the lady was very upbeat and positive and asked general questions about why I chose my degree, what I know about the company and why I would like to work there. Its important to show that you have customer service and leadership skills. I have a face to face interview with them this week, so looking on the website for tips in preparation

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
