I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Birmingham, AL) in Aug 2018
Interview
The initial interview was 4 parts. Part 1: speaks to the daily operation of the company overall. Part 2&3: has you in the branch you’ll be at and see the customer service/production role you will be in. Part 4: you will be in the Regional Vice Presidents office and introduced to the expectations and qualifications needed to succeed in the company. Overall it was a good experience because it was a true representation of what happens each day and the possibilities that can be reached.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Location) in Nov 2024
Interview
You will need to know your numbers. Aside from that it was a pretty easy, generic assistant manager interview. Make sure to humble brag and you will be fine. Not hard at all.
