I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Nottingham, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
After initial application online it was a 3 step interview process. An initial phone/skype interview as an introduction, an in-branch interview which was a few hours (an interview and observing what they do in branch, the operations and system used etc) and final assessment centre at the area's headquarters, this was with the various area managers and included an individual interview and sales pitch as well as a team exercise
