I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Scarborough, ON)
Interview
I applied one night at 2am and surprisingly received a phone call the next morning at 10am, pretty fast turn-around. The interview was a basic interview, no real surprising questions, for example things like "what are your 3 greatest strengths?" Going into the interview I wasn't sure whether I would want to work for the company since it seems like this position is the type of exploitative work I didn't get a University degree to do. The interview was only about an hour and went pretty well. The interviewer seemed happy and said she'd let me know the next week. A few days later I got an email saying they were not going to pursue the hiring process with me. I sent an email to see what I could improve (hey why not?) and got no response. I'm not really sure what they must be looking for since I have a huge amount of leadership experience and a business degree but hey, whatever floats your boat.
