The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (New York, NY) in Mar 2010
Interview
Interviewed with about 5 managers. starting with HR, then branch manager, area manager (2), regional managers. Questions were generally the same behavior style questions about how you will deal with clients to make experience worthwhile , generating sales, referrals, disputes, conflicts. Team work questions and B2B experience questions. They will ask you to give examples and you will be repeating yourself so I would suggest practicing sounding authentic and energetic.

Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
