      Management Trainee Interview

      5 Jul 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Savannah, GA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Savannah, GA) in Jul 2012

      Interview

Was first contacted by HR recruiter and was asked a few simple questions on the phone (how I learned about the job, told me the salary, amount of hours). Set up a face-to-face interview with recruiter for the next week. That interview was difficult, as it was my first one, was emailed a few days later saying "you did not meet one or more of the minimum qualifications for the position as stated below." The qualifications that were listed are the ones on the application like 18 or older, bachelor's degree, etc, so I thought I received the email by mistake. Turns out the recruiter didn't mean to send it and instead meant to send the background check email. Passed the background check, then set up the next interview which was with area manager and branch manager. That interview was much better and I left feeling confident and positive that I'd get another call. Instead, got an email saying they would go with other candidates. Overall it was a good learning experience. Make sure to let them know that you see yourself being with the company for a long time, you want a career in sales, and be ready to give examples of how you are a leader and that you're good at sales/customer service.

      Interview

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
