I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Carmarthen, Wales) in May 2017
Interview
Firstly I submitted my application and then had a telephone interview. The telephone interview was fairly challenging and I was required to demonstrate my attributes for the role. Following on from the phone interview I attended a branch for another interview, and a tour of the branch. It was good to see how the branch operated first hand. After being successful with the branch visit I attended an assessment centre at the Cardiff headquarters. The assessment centre involved taking part in a logical thinking exercise where we had to plan the day at a branch. followed by sales and customer service role plays and a final interview.
