Interview
I applied for a trainee management position and had a phone interview within two days of applying. They sent a email directing me to a booking page to reserve a time and day that would suit me on their website. The process was very straight forward.
I then had a telephone interview which lasted just over half an hour, the recruiter was friendly and quite conversational, so I didn't find this to nerve wracking. The question where most customer serviced based and where question you would expect in any interview, nothing to differcult to answer.
I am going to the next stage of the interview process tomorrow, this is in a branch of the company and is scheduled to last for two hours.

Polite but slightly unprofessional and inaccurate to the job description. SHadowed first and just sat at the desk doing nothign really for an hour as the manager wasn't ready to interview me yet.
