I applied for a trainee management position and had a phone interview within two days of applying. They sent a email directing me to a booking page to reserve a time and day that would suit me on their website. The process was very straight forward. I then had a telephone interview which lasted just over half an hour, the recruiter was friendly and quite conversational, so I didn't find this to nerve wracking. The question where most customer serviced based and where question you would expect in any interview, nothing to differcult to answer. I am going to the next stage of the interview process tomorrow, this is in a branch of the company and is scheduled to last for two hours.
