I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (London, England) in Feb 2013
Interview
Begin with a online screening, then a phone interview, followed by a 1:1 interview and ending with an assessment centre. The online screening were more personality and competency based questions. The phone interview was very informal. The 1:1 interview was a branch visit, you are able to shadow staff members, ask all the questions necessary and then have an interview with the Branch Manager - sales/customer service focused. Lastly, the assessment centre, group tasks, judging your personality, communication and teamwork.
