Teams interview followed by in person with VP in The Woodlands. I was offered the position but far below market pay that I stated was expected during final interview. They lean heavily on “cost of living lower in Texas” to pay less. The other future peers seemed overly afraid of and ingratiating to the hiring VP

Standard interview process and questions. If you know your area of expertise there will be no issues. Very nice people. who conducted the interview. Brought onsite after a phone interview. Hiring manager was extremely nice and helpful during the process.
