I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Entegris in Nov 2022
Interview
HR, then hiring manager for 30 minute initial with no structure. They tried to use "squeeze the tomato" questions. The he problem was there were over 25 million worth of projects on my resume which made me think "they didn't pay attention to details at all". Which made me go "why would I pay attention to detail for these people?". I asked that, and didn't get a good answer. I had a job offer in hand to continue my work from the DoD for more pay and less hours, so I bailed. I ended up using the experience to writing a brief for Goldman Sachs about their lack of plans to move into quantum physics for 3k, then got hired by a research company that knew me from the DoD.

Question 1
Unstructured nonsense questions in an absurdly high detailed domain made me not even consider it.
HR screening (really liked their HR, I usually don't), short chat with hiring manager, then the gauntlet of panel interviews. Tone went directions that made me wonder what the desired outcome was. Not my kind of environment.

Question 1
You're leading a critical project with a tight deadline. Suddenly, a key team member falls ill, leaving a vital part of the project incomplete. How would you handle this situation to ensure the project stays on track? -answer- That fails what next -answer- That fails what next ...What would you recommend? I'm going to need more details about the scenario to keep playing this game.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Entegris (Ambler, PA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Interview process consists of multiple phases: (1) phone screening by HR, (2) phone screening by hiring manager, (3) panel interview (typically 1/2 day long, onsite). The panel interview consists of managers and peers, and often includes STAR questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to understand how candidate approaches challenges and achieves results.
