I interviewed with the founders from Executive Force team, first with the recruiter, then two phone screenings, and finally a final round with both founders. Not sure what is the next step but all of the videos were turned off and sounds very suspicious about what they are doing and the projects.

Very straightforward interview process. First a phone call that mostly discussed some of the machine learning projects I worked on. Second interview focused on exclusively a side project that I did.
Eventually I declined the offer because it was unclear to me what the company's product is and what my actual role would be.

It was not clear was skill set the interviewer was looking for ( they asked so many irrelevant questions) and what the long term and short term company’s perspective is. I found employees’ reviews fishy, current employees have submitted 5Starts and most of the former employees submitted one star !!! why there is such a big gap between the reviews. are 5 stars reviews genuine at all ? Apparently it is not a pleasant place to work at.
