Felt like the leads were unprepared, the questions seemed/felt just random (thought on the spot) and not really the type that would show any QA skillsets in depth. Other than that the salary was also not great.

Interview
The interview was with HR and the test lead. They asked about my previous experience, why I want to join their company, and my future plans. After that, they gave me a test assignment. The responses are quite quick.
