It was quick, it was face to face and okay. The manager was really unprofessional but I needed the job at the time. The manager was racist. He only looked out for the people from his home country so hence there was a big divide in the workplace.

Initially, the process begins with an online situational assessment. Upon successful completion, the candidate will be interviewed by the Marketplace Manager. If the interview is successful, the candidate will be offered a position with the company.
The interview process was friendly, professional, and well-structured. The interviewer asked clear, practical questions about customer service, teamwork, and real shop situations, making it feel comfortable and genuinely conversational throughout.

During the hiring process, my line manager provided a clear and simple overview of the job responsibilities. They emphasized that previous experience wasn't necessary for the role. Instead, they were looking for someone who is honest, willing to learn, and committed to doing their best. As long as you show a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team, you’re considered a great fit for the position.
