EntHire Data Science/ML Position interview questions

The interviewer was good and knowledgeable. But the interview process is very different when compared with others. I personally didn't like the process of the interview for a ML/ Data Science position. The interviewer has given me a small text data and asked me to sentiment analysis in coding platform. You are not allowed use google or any website even for text preprocessing. Pseudo code is not accepted. You need to remember the code byheart (which is weird) . Hope the interview process is improved for other future interviewees for DS/ ML positions with a case study/ take home project with a timer on to complete the model building. ( if you want to test how quickly one can code in ML).
