Undisclosed. Didn't understand the nature of the interview or who I was to interview with. Part Management screen, Tech screen and culture screen. Who knows which was which, and what was what. I was interviewing for software and they wanted me to test HDW. Oooooohkaaaay.

Demonstrably prove you could use an IDE I had never used before. The position was not for coding, but you wanted proof of being able to navigate and find bugs in code using an IDE not known prior? No prep asked for. The people were pretty smug.
