I first did a phone interview with their recruiting company. After the phone interview I did 2 online tests. based on the results of my test I was invited to the office for a tour, job shadow, and interview. The interview was average. I loved the job shadow part.

80% Through recruiting team. The help walk you through the interview process prior to the Interview. They also have you role play as a rep while they are a client

Two interviews. Meet with the department manager on my second interview . Was a little intimidated, but I showed my confidence. You have to make them laugh, then you’ll get a offer.

Interview
I was sent a link to choose for a time slot for a phone interview and then the morning of I got a message to click a link to confirm that I'd be attending the event. I've never gotten a link to click and confirm my attendance but I clicked it and all was set. At the time I had chosen I was obviously waiting by my phone but no one called, 10 minutes and then 30 minutes passed. I responded to the message they had sent on indeed asking if there was a mixup and they wanted to reschedule, no response.
A few hours later out of curiosity I checked the link they had sent and this time when I clicked it the message on the screen said the event had been canceled.
If you're going to cancel last minute at least have the decency to send a message or something, they're extremely rude.
