Very smooth process. Online assessment after application. Then phone screen interview and final face to face interview with management. Loved the role playing segment gave me an expectation for the role.

Met with the manager during working hours. He did not seem interested. Actually, the person who filled the position was already chosen, but completing the scheduled interviews were required.

Interview
All new hires are picked up from a temp agency, they use a variety of different ones to screen application. Depending on the shift, you will have an interview with the Department Manager, the interview will last approx 30 mins.
