Generally, I have a great experience going through the internship recruiting/interviewing process.
After applying on school career website, I had four interviews without any prolonged waiting, thanks to the efficient scheduling. The first one mainly asked you to walk through the resume and was behavioral; the following two focused more on my technical/analytical competency. After around one week, an onsite invitation is offered. The company arranged the trip, booked me a nice downtown inn and reimburse my other expense. Very nice accommodation (which made me energetic for the interview next day)
The onsite interview last more than 3h but I did not get bored. The interviewers are friendly and fully engaged in the interviews. It's interesting to me that they came from a various backgrounds to build up the diverse analytic group. They focused on what I can do and were very willing to share their personal understanding of the problems they gave me. They also did a nice job explaining the job content of their group, which fascinated me. No formulaic routine and random questions. Afterwards, I was informed I get an offer. Very happy, and even happier to see that Enova has sent me some nice gifts shortly after.
What worth also mentioning is that I always got the prompt and nice replies from the company, no matter for what purpose, over phone and email. Even though due to a family reason I have to give up this opportunity, the HR tends to be very understanding and nice. My appreciation for Enova's staffs is the major reason I would write my experience here.
Bottom-line: From my experience, I suggest people who love to use quantitative methods to improve business/financial performance try Enova, especially who has an interest in credit/financial analysis.
