Enova has very efficient scheduling for on campus interviews. However, the person interviewing me left much to be desired. Perhaps they simply sent the wrong person to interview their candidates. The whole process was very awkward and formulaic. It was the most generic interview I've ever had, but left me with a good impression of the actual work the company does, but a neutral to bad impression of the people who work there.
