A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we had a 30 mins phone conversation, which at the end, she said she will schedule me for the next round of interview with the manager. It took a few days to actually schedule the interview and it was scheduled for an hour but it lasted 15 minutes. The manager was clearly not interested in me. She rushed the interview and made me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. She tried to downplay my achievements. Terrible interview experience. In the end, she said I would hear back soon but it has been months and I was ghosted. Terrible recruiting process.
