Everyone at every stage of the interview process was extremely kind and pleasant. They were very encouraging. It was a really good experience. I had an initial skype interview, then an in person interview, followed by a written response to a tutoring session I observed.

Several scenario questions like, "what would you do if this happened in a tutoring session?" - I think one of the questions was, what would you do if a student didn't want to engage during a session?
