Interview
The first two rounds of the interview process were fairly standard and professional. The case study felt excessive for the role but was manageable. However, the process dragged on for over a month across four rounds. Things took a turn in the third round when I interviewed with a C-suite executive. I was asked highly inappropriate questions about confidential information from my current job, including client billing and proprietary processes—things that clearly would have violated my NDA if answered. This was a major red flag. Additionally, the executive emphasized that long hours were expected and that leaving by 5 p.m. was uncommon. I had initial reservations about applying after reading other reviews here, and in hindsight, I wish I had trusted my instincts and not proceeded. It ultimately felt like a poor use of time.
