Interview
It was fairly informal. I felt like i was talking to a friend. pros and cons to that! I feel like she was sarcastic like she smiled in a way where i thought she wasn't serious and she asked questions that were already answered on my CV which I felt was a time-waste. She misjudged me as well and said "you can take a seat here and relax. It's not quite like a formal interview". I was not treating it as a formal interview.

Very easy conversation, lead to getting DBS completed quickly, very very easy to speak with on the phone. Got to know me through the phone. An amazing interview process. Very great
