Interview
Initial phone interview with basic questions, such as "how do you handle tough situations, please give an example." On the 1:1 interview the questions were more about my background and what I thought I was able to bring to the table.
The people interviewing were relaxed and it is a good tip to try to get a discussion about the office and work culture going.
