Eneve interview questions

The process began poorly. The interview was rescheduled at the last minute with no explanation provided. My follow-up email to confirm the new arrangement went unanswered until 30 minutes before the call was due to begin. In any professional setting, this would be considered discourteous. For a company evaluating whether a candidate is the right fit, it sets a troubling tone before the conversation has even started. The interview itself did not meet any reasonable standard of professional conduct. I was consistently interrupted by Nelitza before I could complete my responses. The same questions were posed repeatedly — four to five times — even though they had been answered, which made clear that my words were not being heard. At no point did the conversation meaningfully explore my experience, my skills, or my suitability for the role. It was not an interview in any functional sense. It was a process being carried out for the sake of appearance. Candidates invest significant time and energy into these processes. They deserve to be treated with basic dignity and assessed with genuine rigour, regardless of the eventual decision. I would encourage the leadership at Eneve to take a closer look at how their hiring process reflects the culture they claim to represent.
