Energy Management Systems interview questions

Initial interview with senior management, personality test, interview with outside consultant. the senior management had me back for a second time with a proposed business plan. After the second interview they had a consultant review the business plan with us all again. A personality test was administered on line prior to the final interview. They are a family oriented business. Unfortunately they are and like sheep being led to slaughter in regards to anything outside their comfort zone of sub metering. They have an appetite to grow but are risk averse and strapped for cash compared to the competitors. They switch directions quite often trying to correct deficiencies.
