Process was fine other than this ridiculous assessment they make you take to determine if you’re a “cultural fit.” So dumb. They’re going to miss out on a lot of good capable candidates based on a tool that can be gamed if you know what they are looking for. It’s also one sided. I can’t assess the company before stating a job.
If you can’t gauge fit from the myriad rounds of interviewing then you stink at interviewing.
