I had a phone interview - the recruiter asked me several questions about how soon I could be available and told me a little bit about the role. She asked next to ZERO questions about me, my experience, etc. She kept saying she was keeping things at a "high level". It was very strange. She said she'd get back to me by that Friday or Tuesday at the latest and more than two weeks later - nothing. Recruiters seriously need to stop ghosting candidates. It is incredibly unprofessional and rude.
