2 interviews: 1 in July and the other one 3 month later. First interview (July): * Group work: we've been splitted in different groups for a game, we had to find an agreement among us to manage a company, where every group was representing a sector of the company. Easy. * Single interview with psychologists: we chatted about everything, just try to give a balanced image of yourself (not shy, not arrogant). * English Test: written and oral, very easy (B1 level is more than enough). Second Interview (October): * It's the "technical interview". Basically, they asked me every topic that I studied at the University which is related to Hydroelectric Plant. Not complicated. VERY DISAPPOINTING: I HAVE NEVER RECEIVE A COMMUNICATION AFTER THE SECOND INTERVIEW (this is meaningful about the value of Enel company).
