Quick, just a few general questions you'd expect in a standard interview for a teaching position. It was done online, and the interview was set up the day after I submitted my application. A demonstration teaching is required, but is waived for experienced teachers.

How do you handle students who speak in their native language during English class?
Questions asked ranges from fair to moderate. Interviews were conducted online with the academic heads, or connecting stakeholders usually facilitating the interview. Some were asked to conduct a teaching demo while others were simply accepted upon passing the interview stage.
